Respiratory Drug Delivery Conferences
Respiratory Drug Delivery (RDD®) is a series of
international symposia concerning all aspects of drug delivery to
the lung. Respiratory Drug Delivery is an independent, academically
organized symposium, organized by Peter
R. Byron, Richard
N. Dalby, Joanne
Peart and Sian Byron. RDD Europe 2005 marked the transition to annual meetings alternating between the US and Europe. The European conferences are co-organized with Valois and Pfeiffer.
The Respiratory Drug Delivery Conference series impacts regulatory
and scientific policies worldwide, and is recognized to be one of
the premier international meetings in the area. RDD conferences
are designed for academic and industrial scientists involved in
the development, investigation, preparation and delivery of old
and new therapeutic entities by aerosol systems. Individual
sessions are targeted towards scientists working in biotechnology,
pharmacology, in-vivo and in-vitro testing, quality
assurance and regulatory affairs. All of the presentations are published
in the RDD Proceedings, available
on RDD Online. If you want to know more about RDD symposia, take
